• Request details such as recyclable material categories, estimated quantities, selected scrap items and the status/history of submitted pickup requests.
• Support communications and information you include when contacting GAUR ENTERPRISES.
• Technical and security information that may be generated when the app communicates with its backend or service providers, such as device/app version, timestamps, network information, error information or security logs where needed to operate and protect the service.

• To verify users and provide access to GaurSkrap.
• To create, schedule, manage and track scrap pickup requests.
• To show relevant recyclable material information and estimated rates.
• To communicate about pickup requests, service availability or support.
• To maintain reliability, prevent abuse, troubleshoot problems and improve the service.

3. Scrap rates and service information

Rates displayed in GaurSkrap may be indicative. Actual collection availability, material acceptance and final pricing may depend on material condition, quantity, location and local collection circumstances.

GAUR ENTERPRISES may use technical service providers where necessary to operate GaurSkrap, such as hosting, communications or phone-verification services. Those providers may process only the information needed to provide their services and are subject to their own terms and privacy practices.
